All payments made to TND Media Group, LLC are non-refundable. This applies to all services including
Custom website design
Online booking integration
SEO optimization and monthly content
Website care and maintenance
Google Business Profile optimization
Speed and security optimization
HIPAA-compliant intake forms
Before and after gallery integration
Branding and visual identity
Review and reputation widget setup
Consulting, strategy, and content creation
Digital products or templates
2. Payment Due at Time of Service
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Work does not begin until payment is received.
3. No Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Attempted chargebacks will result in project termination and may lead to legal or collection action. You are responsible for fees related to disputes.
4. Project Satisfaction and Revisions
Revisions are offered within the scope outlined in your agreement. Requests outside of scope may
require additional payment.
5. Portfolio Usage Clause
TND Media Group, LLC may showcase completed or in progress work in our portfolio, including screenshots, mockups, or before and after images. NDAs must be signed before work begins if confidentiality is required.
6. Non-Transferable Payments
Payments cannot be transferred, credited to future projects, or applied to other clients.
